You can insert a line return by holding down ALT while pressing ENTER (this

Thank you. I got that part. I want to format all cells to automatically give
me a line return when I hit enter, not move to another cell. I want it to do what it does in a table in Word. Excel treat ENTER as "I have ended what I want in this cell"
