Chuck, Your problem is related to Fixed Decimal formatting.

If you are using Excel 2007, then please refer this link to understand and
fix the problem:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...4991033.aspx#3

If you are using Excel 2003, then please use the following steps:

[Tools] - [Options] - [Edit] tab. Turn off the [Fixed Decimals] option.

Hope this helps,
Kamlesh

Hi,

In 2003 choose Tools, Options, Edit and uncheck Fixed decimal

In 2007 choose Office Button, Excel Options, Advanced, and uncheck
Automatically insert a decimal point.

If this helps, please click the Yes button.

Cheers,
