Conditional format question

Hi
I have Col B which contains text I wish to format based on results from
column H and I
Meaning:-
if H0 or I0 then make B bold
now I can do this line by line but I wish to be able to simply copy it down
the page, where I have failed upto now.
Any help greatly appreciated :)
