I have a spreadsheet with extensive calculations, is there any way to speed
up the calculation process?

Thanks for the information, unfortunately, it has not helped, it seems that
the biggest problem is the "File Save", it is taking over 20 minutes.

Do you need to "calc" before you save? If not, set calc mode to "manual" and
turn off the "re-calc on save" option under Tools | Options | Calculation.

Of course, this only works if you do not need to calc the workbook before
the save. Sorry I was not more help.
