Default Charts using List Feature

I use charts to sales by month in Excel 2003. Names are displayed in column
A and Months in Row 1. I love the List Feature and how it adds new records
(names/rows) to my chart automatically. However, I was wondering if it will
do the same for columns (months) as they dont add automatically, I always
seem to need to adjust my data range manually.
Thanks!!
