I'm operating Excel 2007 under WinXP in a corporate environment. My PCs were
recently rebuilt by my corporate IT department. Now, whenever I open an Excel file from Outlook or a shared served environment, it opens Read-Only. Excel files saved on my PC open R/W. This is a significant pain. What's causing this and how do I resolve? |
