Excel 2007 Installation

Hello,
Could anyone tell me if you can run Excel 2002 and 2007 on the same PC
without issues? Have any problems arisen with large file sizes in conjuction
with the new row/column limits in 2007? And does anyone know if you can
purchase just Excel 2007 without the rest of the suite? I think I'm finally
done asking questions; thanks for any help you can offer!
