Default Installation of Office 2007

Hello All,
I just installed the Office 2007 beta. all applications are working fine
except Excel 2007.
When i click on excel 2007 icon, i am hitting the following error message.

Microsoft Vc++ runtime library
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C run time library
incorrectly.

BTW, i am on WIn XP SP2 .
Any advice ?

Do you have any previous versions? I would look to delete any old
personal.xls, book.xlt, sheet.xlt, excel.xlb and unload any currently loaded
add-ins
