Default Linking to another Excel workbook - but, having a protection on a

I am using Microsoft Excell 2003. I have an excel workbook with six tabs -
two of the six tabs are password protected as this workbook is shared with
several individuals. On the two tabs that are protected, there are links
that go to another excel workbook. How do I still have these two tabs
protected - but, allow my link to get updated by going to Edit/Links?
