Default Is there an easy way to copy my Intuit Quicken files to Excel?

I just want to copy my Quicken records to an Excel file? Is there an easy
way to do this?

What format are the Quicken files?

I don't use Quicken, but there may be an "Export to" feature or a FileSave as
Type.

Excel can handle *.txt and *.csv files.
