I have a client that just recently came in to the problem of being unable to
delete or insert rows in Excel 2007. She has the Student / Teacher Edition (She's a teacher). She shares this spreadsheet with another woman who makes changes on her side - they go back and forth. I had her send me the file, and with MS Office Excel 2007, I deleted 1000 of the last rows and was then able to go to the top of the spreadsheet and insert / delete. I remoted to her PC, did the same (except the row numbers remained) - she too was able to then insert / delete rows. We thought we found the fix - but then she shared the spreadsheet with the other woman, and back to square one. Would like to bring this one to closure - all advice is appreciated. If more exact info is required, please just advise. Thank you in advance. |
