When I run the FIND function, you have to search the screen to see what it
found. Is there a way to Highlight the results in a different color to better locate the results? |

The Thick black border around the Item indicates what is found.

Do you mean a multiple-return results?
After running the Find All command, hit CTRL + a in the "found" dialog box. Then hit the "fill color" icon.
