Default Highlight Search Results

Using Excel, how does one chage the settings to all the search results to be
more evident...possibly highlighted?

Default Highlight Search Results

Once the cells are found under "Find all" you can SHIFT + down arrow in the
"found" dialog box which selects all the found cells on the sheet.

FormatCellPatterns. Pick a color.
