Default Copying data and formulas from one workbook to another

I have a situation where I am populating some cells in a row which contains
formulas which are relevant to another worksheet in another workbook (These
formulas mostly refer to name ranges in the target workbook). I have to copy
the row into the other workbook once population is complete. It all works
fine, however, when I do the copy, Excel queries the references to range
names of the various formulas in the row. I have to click through about 20
validations, Ok, Ok, Ok - 20 times. Is there a way to copy where (1) The
target spreadsheet name references are ignored and the copy can just happen?
(2) The copy function will paste only the cells from the copied row which
have values and not formulas, bearing in mind that some of these values will
overwrite some formulas already in the target worksheet row?
