Default email problem in excel 2007

When i want to send work book thru email as an attachment directly from excel
2007,it taking long time and also after sending it , email window is hanging
out but not closing automatically after sending mail. Could you please help
with this.

Start with this

Run Office Diagnostics.
Office ButtonExcel Options...Resources
