Default Email worksheet from Excel 2007

I am trying to send a worksheet via email so that it appears in the actual
email body and it always sends it as an attachment. How do I chaneg this? I
believe Excel 2003 was able to do this and know I can not get it to do it in
Excel 2007. Help!!
