Default @sign is accessed from " with capital key

How can I change the keyboard to type @ holding the capital key, the @ can
only be typed using the " with the capital key

Hi,

I don't think this has anything to do with Excel it's language setting in
Windows. For XP right click the windows taskbar - toolbars and select the
language bar and change the keyboard from US to whatever your region is.
