I have a user exporting data from Oracle to an Excel 2003 format file. The
export runs without error, but when opening the exported file, the following error appears. This issue only started recently. "" cannot be accessed. the file may be read-only or you may be trying to access a read-only location" When opening the file in Excel 2007, a similar message with the addition of "may be corrupt" appears. The user running the export has local admin permission and is exporting to their local system. The file properties show the Read-Only option is disabled. Is there a solution for this or are there any suggestions? |
