Default Pressure Diagram in Excel 2003

I am interested in drawing the following graph:

A pipe profile which is defined by (x,y) say, (x1,y1), (x2,y2).....
Now for a particular value of (x,y) i want the the pressure to be ploted
along y axis.
The data input fpr pressure is like this

For (x1,y1) Pressure p1
(x2,y2) Pressure p2
..........................
.........................
Can this type of superimposed graph is possible in excel. Thanks!!!!!
