We have a new machine right out of the box with XP SP(whatever is
latest) and Office 2003 SP3. When you attempt to use "Send to... Mail recipient" in Excel, it responds "Excel could not start the e-mail program". All references to this error refer to Excel 2002, and none of them talk about Excel 2003. Yes, Outlook is the default mail program No, Word is not my e-mail editor Yes, I can send and receive mail fine through Outlook Yes, the mail-related registry keys are set up correctly Yes, all office components are real, the same version, and came from a single CD Any ideas?
