I have office 2007 and I have created a series of spreadsheets for a client
who has the 2003 version. I have saved the data into a 1997-2003 workbork for
her but she can not seem to open the file full screen. Her monitor is large
and when she opens the file it only uses 1/4 of the screen. How can do I set
the file so that it opens fully or give her specific instructions on how to
do that in the 03 version? On my screen the document opens fully.

Has she tried clicking the 'maximize' icon (middle one of three on far right
of title bar)
