Default Copying Excel 2003 Selection into Outlook 2003 HTML E-Mail Message

When pasting a selected area of cells from an Excel 2003 worksheet into
an Outlook 2003 e-mail message that is in HTML, the cells copy with
Table1 added before the data (which doesn't exist in the original Excel
sheet) and a blue border is put around the items. This works fine on my
version of Office 2003 Service Pack 2, but for someone else using the
same version of Office the data does not paste into the e-mail message
correctly. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
