Create clock in excel

Thanks Luke, But the only problem is my team members are smart enough to paste value on the cell. I tried it before, however, it is not fool proof. :( Any other suggestions apart from resolving their attitude issues :P "Do it my way or you're fired!" can resolve a lot of attitude issues, but many companies still use actual time clocks that must be "punched."
