Default Search several books at same time

Hi all

I have several workbooks that I need to search for certain names of people,
stores etc. Is there any way these can be 'grouped', so if I use the Find
feature, it will look in all books at the same time? They have all been saved
as a Workspace but they are still obviously individual workbooks in their own
right and whatever function you perform is just on the active book.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Thank you.
Louise
