Default How do I change the default color for borders in Excel 2003?

My default color for borders has changed to white. I need to change it back
to black. How do I do this?

If its Gridlines colour, Tools , options,View, Bottom left hand Corner

It's not the gridline color that I need to change; it's the default color of
actual borders.

I can change the color of the border by following the steps you have laid out
below, but I am looking to set the default color. Do you know how to do that?
