You can join those columns together in one cell (perhaps on another
sheet) like this:

=Sheet1!A1&";"&Sheet1!B1&";"&Sheet1!C1&";"

and then copy down for as many rows as you need.

Then you can fix the values on this sheet before saving it as a text
file.
