My spreadsheet has columns A-N. I need to protect Col A-G & L so users can
enter data only in Col H to K and Col M & N, and restricted to alter data in Col A-G & L. I performed the following but failed to get what I want: Ctrl A to select all cells. then formatcellsprotection unlocked Select Col A_G, hold ctrl to also select L toolsdataprotectionprotect worksheet checked unlocked cells only add password. I also tried other combination of checking locked and unlocked cells, but none work. Where did I go wrong? Pls help. Thks. |
