What are the differences between excel 2000 & excel 2007?
We're trying to decide if it would be beneficial to upgrade from excel 2000

What are the differences between excel 2000 & excel 2007?
The differences are too numerous to mention.
If you have not seen Excel 2007 before and open it for the very first time you will not recognize it at all! The user interface is completely different from previous versions.
