Hi
we have an Excel sheet that, amongst other things, calls some word docs by hyperlinks. When the user selects a word doc, it opens OK but Excel minimises, the (dumb) users think Excel has closed and try to open the spreadsheet again. All of this is using Office 2000 Pro. Other file types (pdf, tif etc) do not cause the same problem. It seems that in Office 2003 this does not happen. We are not going to Office 2003 just yet so does anyone know a way around this behaviour? Thanks Colin |
