Default how do i delete a table without loosing my data?

I enetered data in multiple rows and columns. I clicked on the "format as
table" in the "home" tab and now i can only get to my data through the drop
down list in the table. Is there a way to delete the table without loosing
my data?

There should be an option called 'Convert to Range'

Do make a copy of your workbook before trying this...
