Question How to get rid of the column with zero value?

129626291 0.00
129627854 0.00
129628361 0.00
129627836 0.00
129615085 0.00
129616478 (395,000.00)
129626494 (3,275,000.00)
129626788 (173,000.00)
129628674 0.00
129320499 0.00
129398361 0.00
129555160 0.00

Please help me to get rid of those columns with zero value. Every time I have to copy and paste special and then delete it. Is there a way to hide/delete formulas in the pivot table? Thank you very much.

Default How to get rid of the column with zero value?

Can't you just filter the zero values before copying?

I guess not otherwise you would have done it.

Try a CUSTOME format like
###,###,##0.00;(###,###,##0.00);;
First set befoe ; is for positive nos, second segment for negative and third
(empty) for Zero value... fourth is for Text values...

Thanks Sheeloo.

I tried. The data on the left is gone but the zero value on the right is still there.

I did not understand.. What did you try and what do you see now?

Did you apply the format to second column? What do you see now?

Or did you filter the zeroes out? In that case left col entries will not be
shown...

You may send the file to me. To get the address click on my name on the post
and follow instructions...
