I am in the Excel General Questions forum right now, but I am having this
same problem no matter which forum I go to.

No matter what term I use to search, I keep getting the same message:

Your query for "XXXX" did not return results.

The following may help you find the results you were looking for:
Check your spelling.
Enter a term or phrase that's less specific.
Try different phrasing.
Try fewer words.

I've signed out and then in again, I've even copied words from questions I
can see -- and it still tells me it can't find results.

Any suggestions?

That happened to me as well for a brief time frame. The only thing I did
before I was able to search again was close I.E. and re-open it. I have no
idea if that is what fixed it, I just know that I am able to search again.
