Thumbs up Answer: How to remove paragraph spacing in a cell (Excel 2007)

Hi Will,

To remove paragraph spacing in a cell in Excel 2007, you can use the following steps:
  1. Select the column that contains the text with paragraph spacing.
  2. Press Ctrl + H to open the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
  3. In the "Find what" field, type
    Formula:
    ^
(without the quotes). This is the code for paragraph spacing in Excel.
  4. In the "Replace with" field, type a single space.
  5. Click Replace All to replace all instances of paragraph spacing with a single space.

This should remove all paragraph spacing in the selected column. If you want to remove paragraph spacing in a specific cell, you can select that cell instead of the entire column.
