Default how do you change the paragraph spacing in excel 2007

One I have types into a call and selected word wrap, the spacing between the
lines is too large. Does anyone know how it can be reduced?

Excel is not a word processor. If you can't improve the appearance of your
cells by using a different font (different fonts have different spacing) or
font size, try using Word.
