I need a formula to calculate how many clients are between ages 0-5 and 6-10
ect. |

Give some details of how your data is laid out.

Assume client's age in A1:A100

I suggest not to take COUNTIF but FREQUENCY. Look into Excel help for further details... Regards, Bernd |
