Default Excel patch whacky

I recently loaded an update to Office 2003 and now everytime i try to open
Excel it tries to reload the program and when I do get it working when I try
an save a spread it tries to reload again. I used the update to open a newer
version spreadsheet.

I loaded that update only reluctantly, and was pleasantly surprised that it
seems to have caused no issues for me. Your issue doesn't sound like
something I've heard about.
