Default Tool bars

Hi,
I have customzed the excel toolbars and whenever I open a file from another
person the toolbars change. How do I make my customization stay on for any
workbook that is opened.

Thanks
Sena

There are several ways that a workbook can modify your toolbars. This
workbook may be running macros to do it. If so you could disable the macros
or, if you need to enable them, you'd might ask the owner of the workbook
about your concerns.

Hi Jim, these workbooks have no macros and it is not only one particular work
book.
Most of the workbooks I get have the toolbar for review which I have removed
from my menu through customizing.
What I need is, my excel setting to be unchanged when workbooks from others
are opened.

Thanks
