Man Hour Savings
I need to know the procedure to present the Man Hours Saved on a particular
process. For Example: If 10 people are taking 1 hours to process a particular process and the same process has reduced to 45 minutes after introducing process improvements. The above presentation should be in a template or statement format which can be presented to the Management. |

Man Hour Savings
You could tabulate the data like this for example
Process Number Time Old Time New Total Old Total New Make Widgets 10 01:00 00:45 10:00 07:30 Plant Repair 5 01:15 01:12 06:15 06:00 and then make a chart of columns A, the process, and E and F, the previous total times and the new total times. -- __________________________________ HTH Bob "Zul" wrote in message ...
