Default Inserting " in a formula

How can I insert inverted commas in a formula. For example:
="The date today is "&TEXT(TODAY(),"dd-mmm-yyyy")
reflects:
The date today is 13-Aug-2008
but how can I achieve a result like:
The date today is "13-Aug-2008"
