Default Inserting a link inside a "what-if" equation

I'm having trouble finding a way to insert inside a "what-if" euqation:

1/ a "clickable" link to another part of a worksheet and another worksheet
in the same file, and

2/ for this link to be incoporated into a dialog box with other choices.

Is this possible at all? Or am I being too idealistic?
