Default How can I open a .pxl file in Excel 2003?

I created a Pocket Excel spreadsheet on my Pocket PC, and Excel 2003 on my
desktop won't recognize it (I'm using Windows Vista, and so I can't use
Activesync as I did in the past.). I've tried researching the problem but
haven't found any definite solutions.
Thank you.
