Default Text to speech upon cell selection, Excel 2007?

I have located the text to speech commands in Excel 2007, Speak Cells on
Enter, and another command that reads through a whole list of cells without
stopping. These work fine.

But what I would like is Speak Cells on Select, that is to manually move
down a column of numbers and have excel speak each cell as I select it, and
only that cell.

Thanks in advance for any help.
