Default Text to Speech on Excel 2007

Where is Text to Speech in Excel 2007? In Excel 2003 it was a Toolbar. I
cannot find it in Excel 2007.

Default Text to Speech on Excel 2007

Found it!
You have to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
It is listed under Commands Not in the Ribbon, then Speak Cells.
