Is there any way to have a custom header or footer print only on the first

Maybe...
You could record a macro that changes the header/footer to what you want. Then print page 1. Then change the header/footer to its new value. Then print pages 2-whatever. Run the macro whenever you want this. Separate print jobs for 1st page then rest of pages.
