Is there any way to have a custom header or footer print only on the first
page?

Maybe...

You could record a macro that changes the header/footer to what you want.
Then print page 1.
Then change the header/footer to its new value.
Then print pages 2-whatever.

Run the macro whenever you want this.

Separate print jobs for 1st page then rest of pages.

You could automate it with code but it would still be two distinct print jobs.
