Default Excel 2007 - Consolidation question

Hi, I have three worksheets, set up identically. I created a fourth
worksheet which was to capture the totals of the other three. To do this, I
used DataConsolidation and then put in the references to the sheets and
ranges. No problem there. Now I am changing figures in the first three
worksheets, but they are not filtering through to the consolidated sheets.
Why? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Default Excel 2007 - Consolidation question

Hi again, further to my note below, I did go back to Data Consolidation and
I checked the update links box. However, the figures are not correct. Any
suggestions? Thanks so much.

Default Excel 2007 - Consolidation question

I'm new to this so be patient. I think I'm having the same challenge. When
I did the data consolidation, I selected Create Links, so I assume any new
numbers I add or change should be transferred to the consolidated page. But
what happens is that a total shows up in the last column, but the new numbers
I've input on the linked worksheets that add up to that total DON'T show up.
If this was your issue, can you tell me how you solved it? Thanks!

Hi Laronda. I don't think I know enough to be able to help you. It might be
an idea to post your questions as a new posting, so that it is near the top
and will get expert attention! Best of luck :-)
