When I try to print a data table in which the upper row that contains the
description for each column is frozen, I can't include that row in my print screen. The data table is updated daily so it's a rather lengthy spreadsheet. Is there a way that I can include the frozen section of my spreadsheet when I print (whether I print data from row 3 or row 3000) shy of copying and pasting that row above the data I'm looking to print? |

I've gotten that far, now it's just a matter of including the frozen section
when I try to print. As of right now I can only print rows in succession (i.e. rows 1-10). I froze the top row but now am trying to include it when I print data (i.e. row 1 and then data from rows 67-82). Can it be done? Thanks Teedie "FSt1" wrote: hi hi you post is a tad confusing but have your tried freeze panes. place your cursor at A2 then on the menu bar... windowfreeze panes. post back if i misunderstood Regards FSt1 "Teedie" wrote: When I try to print a data table in which the upper row that contains the description for each column is frozen, I can't include that row in my print screen. hi
then try this on the menu bar.... filepage setupsheet tabrows to repeat at top: should be something like a1:i1 or what ever your header range is. Teedie,
I have a similar problem, but only when I'm using Autofilter. Are you using Autofilter? -- Rich D Armstrong Custom Homes Redmond "FSt1" wrote: hi then try this on the menu bar.... filepage setupsheet tabrows to repeat at top: should be something like a1:i1 or what ever your header range is. Hmm... not that I'm aware of. Not unless it is a default setting? FSt1
