Hi,

I have created a pivot table that has been working fine for a period of
time. I have now noticed the drop down is missing. There are 4 'page' items
and one 'FY' is missing.

I have tried deleting and re-adding it but it doesn't reappear.

When I do delete it (it is the second item) the 3rd and 4th items move up
and they are presented ok.

Any ideas?

Try using sisense for pivots, link it to the excel data. http://www.sisense.com

If you rebuilt the pivot table from scratch does that page field work?
If you copy the entire pivot table to another worksheet, does it work
correctly there?
