Multiple Column Auto Filtering

How do you autofilter multiple columns such that the unique names in each
column appear in the filter dialouge(drop down) box?

I would perfer not to make a whole bunch of rows for one customer.

Customer Computer Interfaces (Merged title cell with 3 columns for
entries)
