Default Selectively printing

Is there a trick to print some word and no others ?
example
NAME : excel 2005
LOCATION : united states
DATE : 5/22/08
In the above example the capital letters are pre printed in a form to be
complete with the lower case letters ( excel 2005,united states,5/22/08).
I want to see the capital letter in the worksheet while I work but just
print the lower case letters.
colors did not work. no macros please. Thanks, appreciate it.

You could use a helper cell and the LOWER function.

Print the results of that after hiding the original column.

Swap hidden columns afrer printing.

See help on Custom Views.
